How to make changes to a booking
You can make an itinerary change (flight time or route change) online up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure of the flight you are booked on, or the flight you wish to change to, whichever is earlier. When making itinerary changes online, all passengers in the booking will be changed.
Changes cannot be made online if:
- Your flights has been subject to a schedule change, disrupted or changed previously through the Customer Contact Centre.
- The original flights are subject to minimum stay restrictions (some Loganair services only).
- You are seeking to change the reyurn flight's departure point or the return flight's destination where a different currency is in use.
- Your booking was made via a GDS and was not made through Flybe.com.
If you enter a passenger name that isn't that of the booker, your booking will be retrieved but the itinerary changes function will be disabled. If you are the booker, but not the passenger, please enter your surname and forename. This will allow itinerary changes to be made.
It will be necessary to pay the change fee and any upgrade in fare class.
Name changes are permitted on unflown itineraries only. It will be necessary to pay the change fee and any upgrade in fare class. Should you wish to make a name-change please contact the Flybe Customer Call Centre.
Please make the change in your GDS, re-quote and collect any additional fare due.
The change fee must be collected independently of the difference in fare and must be collected using EMD-S. At present EMD-S is not available via Amadeus therefore the change fee should be collected as an 'OD' tax when exchaning/reissuing the e-ticket.
The ticket must be re-issued even if there is no additional fare collection. We do not accept re-validated tickets.
If you are attempting to make a change on a booking where the passenger has already checked in you will need to contact the Flybe Customer Call Centre to have them offloaded from the flight before you can make the change.
