Thomas Cook Ceases Trading

We’re sorry to learn that Thomas Cook has ceased trading earlier today and recognise the impact on its customers and staff in the UK and abroad. We feel for their people and our best wishes are with them during this very difficult time.

Our partner airline, Virgin Atlantic is working closely with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to repatriate Thomas Cook customers impacted in Cuba, Jamaica and the United States, to ensure they will be able to complete their journey as planned. They have allocated available space on their scheduled flights, and are also providing special flights to repatriate Thomas Cook passengers abroad.

For Thomas Cook customers currently in Cuba, Jamaica and Orlando, your flight details will be available online as soon as they are finalised, at www.thomascook.caa.co.uk.

For Thomas Cook customers currently in Las Vegas, San Francisco, New York or Los Angeles, a dedicated help line has been set up, and the team is ready to help at +44 344 742 4384.

Customers from all other destinations should follow CAA guidelines to discuss return travel arrangements, available online at www.thomascook.caa.co.uk or by calling the CAA help line:

Overseas: +441753 330 330

UK: 0300 303 2800
