Spend&Fly is the Flybe Credit Card's exclusive loyalty programme. As you may have several questions about the Spend&Fly programme, we hope to answer all of these in the section below. However, if you have a query that is not addressed please contact our Spend&Fly team who will be happy to help.
Spend&Fly is closing on March 11th 2019 for collection as a result of the closure of the Flybe & Creation co-branded credit card. From 11th March 2019 you will no longer earn Spend & Flybe rewards when you use your credit card.
In March your points balance will be frozen allowing you 6 months to redeem vouchers without points expiring.
As of 8th December 2018 all new issued or requested vouchers will be valid until 20th September 2019.
After this date you will no longer be able to make a booking using a Spend&Fly voucher and your Spend&Fly account will be closed.
Do I have to do anything?
No you don’t have to do anything – you can continue to use your card as normal. Creation Financial Services will be in touch with you regarding your credit card.
Will I receive a new card?
Yes – although only when your current card expires will you receive a new card. This will be Creation branded rather than Flybe branded.
What do I do with my Flybe Card?
Creation will send you a new card just before your current card expires, you can continue to use the card as normal until then. However, from 11th March, 2019 it will no longer accrue Spend&Fly points.
What else is changing?
Everything else remains the same – your credit limit, payment dates, statement render dates and your Online Account Management will all be the same.
Can I still earn Spend & Fly rewards?
Yes you have until the 11th March 2019 to earn Spend & Fly rewards. After this date the Spend & Fly loyalty scheme will close for collection.
How do I redeem my Spend & Fly Rewards?
You need to visit https://www.flybe.com/spend-and-fly/redeem and fill out the form to receive your flight voucher
How many Spend & Fly points do I have?
You should receive monthly statements from Flybe, this will tell you how many points you have. Alternatively, you can contact Flybe at spend&[email protected]
What happens to my points if I don’t use them?
As of 11th March 2019, your points will be frozen and must be redeemed and booked by 20th September otherwise they will automatically expire.

What redemption options does Spend&Fly offer?
You can redeem your Spend&Fly balance against Flybe Bonus flights (where you just pay taxes and charges).
How much do I have to spend in order to redeem a Bonus Flight* (where you just pay taxes and charges)?
Once you spend £250 in the first 3 months you will receive an introductory European Bonus Flight* and then from every £4,000 spend on your card you will be eligible for more Bonus Flights:

If I redeem my Spend&Fly balance for Bonus Flights, are they completely free?
Your Spend&Fly balance will cover the cost of the fare however government taxes & airport charges and any additional extras will need to be paid for.
Can I use my Spend&Fly balance on any route?
You can redeem your Bonus Flights on most of the Flybe operated flights except for flights to or from Spain and Portugal. Flights operated by Stobart Air, Blue Island, Eastern Airways, Multi-sectors and Flybe Shuttle flights are excluded. Availability on routes which are only flown at weekends will be very limited indeed.
Is there a different redemption value for children?
The value is the same as an adult.
Is there a different redemption value for infants?
Infants will only have to pay the applicable taxes and charges as with standard fares.
Does it have to be a return flight?
Yes, only return flights are valid redemptions. One-way flights cannot be booked using your Spend&Fly balance.
Can I book flights for someone other than myself?
You can book redemption Bonus Flights* for anyone you choose to.
Can flight redemption bookings be made through the contact centre?
Yes, you can make your booking via the contact centre.
If I am booking a Spend&Fly Bonus Flight is there an advanced purchase deadline?
No, as long as there is availability bonus flights* (where you just pay taxes and charges) can be booked at any time even on the day of travel up to 2 hours prior to departure.
Are there any embargo periods?
There are no embargo periods for flight redemptions, however all Bonus Flights* are subject to availability and if you are planning to book in peak travel times (bank holidays, school holidays, major sporting events etc) or on a popular route or at a popular flight time, we recommend you booking early and being flexible with your dates. Discounted web fares may occasionally be available at a lower cost (including taxes & charges) than equivalent reward flights.
How do I book a Bonus Return Flight* (where you just pay taxes and charges)?

Can the Bonus Return Flight* (where you just pay taxes and charges) be for another person?
Yes, the Bonus Return Flight* can be booked for anyone you choose.
How does it work?
Simply use your Flybe Credit Card and, when you’re ready to redeem your flight voucher, visit flybe.com/spend-and-fly. Oh, and did we mention that there’s no limit to the number of flights you can earn in a year? The more you spend, the more you can redeem – it’s that simple.
Every penny you spend on your Flybe Credit Card counts towards a Flybe bonus flight (where you just pay taxes and charges). But the difference is, there are no more points awarded. It’s simply about the amount you spend, and when you decide to redeem your voucher.
Making changes to Bonus Flight* Bookings
Can I upgrade my Bonus Flight* (where you just pay taxes and charges)?
Spend&Fly Bonus Flight* bookings can be upgraded via our call centre with our standard change fees applying – please refer to current charges for full details.
What happens if I have to cancel my Spend&Fly Bonus Flight* (where you just pay taxes and charges)?
Spend&Fly Bonus Flights* are subject to the same cancellation rules as other Flybe Flights – please refer to current charges for full details. In the event of cancellation of a Spend&Fly Bonus Flight*, the Spend&Fly balance used to purchase it, will not be allocated back to the Spend&Fly account.
Can I change the name of my Spend&Fly Bonus Flight* (where you just pay taxes and charges)?
Name changes are permitted on Spend&Fly Bonus Flight* tickets, providing no Sectors have already been flown. Standard Name Change Fees apply – please refer to current charges for full details. Name changes can only be done through our call centre and are permitted up to two hours before flight departure.
Can I change the date or route of my Spend&Fly Bonus Flight* (where you just pay taxes and charges)?
Changes to the flight date and time are permitted up to two hours before the flight’s departure time. Standard Itinerary Change Fees apply and are shown at link to current charges. Changes are subject to availability of seats on the preferred flights. Date and time changes must be made through our call centre.
