Leading regional airline starts twice weekly flights to fashionable French seaside resort

Flybe, Europe’s largest regional airline, starts flying its new twice weekly summer service between Exeter and Deauville in Normandy this week with flights on Thursdays and Sundays through to 13th September, 2015. One way fares are from £27.99 including taxes and charges. 

Deauville is an internationally renowned fashionable seaside destination that is known as the Parisian Riviera and widely likened to St Tropez for its sandy beaches, grand hotels and casinos, golf courses and for hosting prestigious horse racing events, polo matches and the annual Deauville American Film Festival. 

This new routes further boosts Flybe flights to regional France for summer that also features Saturday flights to Bergerac and Rennes, Exeter’s twinned city.

Matt Roach, Managing Director of Exeter Airport, said ‘we are delighted to see this exciting new route to Deauville from Exeter, with Thursday and Sunday flights this area of Normandy is perfect for a French weekend break by the sea or stay a bit longer and discover the delights further inland.’


In total, Flybe offers a choice of 17 routes from Exeter this summer that also includes the return of seasonal flights to Alicante, Palma, Malaga and Faro.
