Leading regional airline increases weekday flights to five a day

Flybe, Europe’s largest regional airline, is increasing the number of winter weekday flights it operates between Glasgow and George Best Belfast City airports to five a day with effect from 2nd February 2015 due to strong customer demand on the route.  

The additional morning departure, together with the new early afternoon return, will enhance the service and provide more choice and flexibility for both business and leisure travellers. This is In line with the airline’s commitment to providing unrivalled regional connectivity.

Paul Simmons, Flybe’s Chief Commercial Officer, comments:  “This is an extremely popular route. In demonstrating that we are ‘the fastest way from A to Flybe’, we are keen to ensure passengers have as much choice as possible when deciding when they want to travel.”
