  • WHO ARE YOUR REGISTRARS?

    Capita Asset Services are our Registrars and can be contacted via the Customer Support Centre on 0871 664 0300.   • WHAT DO THE REGISTRARS DO?

    The Registrar maintains a register of all shareholders along with the number of shares held. The Registrar also records any transfers of shares and issues share certificates. You should inform the Registrar of any change of address. Capita also provide a service called Signal Shares, where shareholders can manage their shareholdings online. 

  • HOW DO I BUY AND SELL SHARES?

    You may use a stockbroker, bank or 'share shop' that offer services to buy and sell shares. Commission charges may vary between organisations. When considering buying shares (Flybe plc or any other stock), it is always wise to seek independent financial advice.

  • CAN I TRANSFER MY SHARES INTO AN ISA?

    We do not offer this service at this time. Please contact your financial adviser.

  • HOW DO I TRANSFER SHARES INTO ANOTHER PERSON'S NAME?

    Shares may be transferred to another person by using a stock transfer form. Stock transfer forms are available from the Capita website.

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOSE MY SHARE CERTIFICATE?

    If your certificates are lost or stolen the Registrar can arrange for a duplicate certificate to be issued. Contact the Registrar on 0871 664 0300. Lines are open 9am to 5.30pm Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. (Calls to this number are charged at 12p per minute plus network extras. Other telephony provider costs may vary).     The Registrar will need to arrange for you to complete an indemnity covering the company for any loss arising from a dispute as over who owns the shares. There may be a charge payable.

  • Do you provide any shareholder incentives?

    We do not provide any discount on our services as we believe that shareholders should benefit from the business through increased profits.

  • I ONLY HAVE A FEW SHARES. WHAT CAN I DO WITH THEM?

    The charity ShareGift (registered charity No. 1052686) can accept share donations of any size, and specialises in accepting small donations of shares that are uneconomic to sell on their own. For more information please refer to their website.
