Cabin crew Abby brings her own whisk and marshmallows on every flight to make each hot chocolate extra special.
“My wee whisk makes the hot chocolate nice and smooth. I offer our regulars and children mini marshmallows and Belgian chocolate flakes on top. I also offer the Belgian chocolate flakes on top of cappuccinos! I absolutely love my silver tray – it’s lined with a Flybe branded napkin, and I use it for everything! Time-permitting and load-dependent, I offer a personalised tray service on board, where I pass through the cabin memorising orders and presenting goods on my tray. The passengers really love this wee personal touch - it makes them feel like VIPs! I serve the flight deck drinks and food on my tray and even don a pair of white gloves to really spoil them. I chill wines, beers and prosecco on board which never goes unnoticed - all my favourite regular passengers know they will be well refreshed, and many other passengers have thanked me profusely for a fabulous Flybe flight experience”.
