What are the benefits of Flybe Flex?

Perfect for customers who’s plans are likely to change, Flybe Flex gives unlimited changes to your date, time and route without the need to pay a £40 change fee per person per change (Fare difference may apply).

How do I purchase Flybe Flex?

If available and applicable, you will be given the opportunity to purchase Flybe Flex during the booking process when making a new reservation. Customers must select Just Fly ticket type to be eligible

Is this offered on every flight?

Flybe Flex is available for Just Fly customers on selected routes, available on Stobart Air, Blue Islands and Eastern Airways operated flights 

Is Flybe Flex available for bookings made via the call centre or at the airport?

Flybe Flex is only available for new reservations booked through

Can I purchase Flybe Flex for only one person or one sector of my booking?

Flybe Flex is only available when applied to all flights and all passengers in the booking.

Can I change a name of a passenger in the booking with Flybe Flex?

Flybe Flex does not apply to name changes and does not cover the name change fees.

Is Flybe Flex refundable?

The Flybe Flex fee is not refundable.

Where can I use my Flybe Flex Product?

Itinerary changes can be made using the Manage Booking tool on, via the Customer Contact Centre or at the airport.
