Flying with us this Summer

A message from Dave Pflieger, CEO.

Due to late aircraft deliveries, we must reduce our planned flight schedule from 28 July to 29 October 2022,

This is not a decision we’ve have taken lightly, and as you would expect we are in daily conversations with all involved to see if anything might change that would allow us to resume our original plans at an earlier date. It is essential that we take action now to ensure you have enough time to change your travel plans, be reaccommodated on a different flight or, if that is not desired, obtain a full refund.

Impacted flights

We'll operate the routes below during Summer 2022, but at a reduced frequency:

  • Belfast City to Birmingham, Edinburgh, East Midlands, Leeds, Glasgow and Southampton

  • Birmingham to Edinburgh and Glasgow

We will no longer operate the routes below during Summer 2022:

  • Belfast City to Aberdeen, Inverness, Manchester (15 August onwards) and Newcastle

  • Birmingham to Aberdeen

If your flight has been impacted, you will receive an email with details or your new flight or cancellation options by Friday 29 July. Please wait until you have received this email before you manage changes to your booking or request a refund.

Flight changes impacting your booking can be found at Manage my booking. You'll also receive an email with these changes.

If your flight is impacted, our team will do everything possible to reaccommodate you on the next available flight. You can also make your own changes to suit your needs through Manage my booking.

Request a refund

If your flight has been cancelled, you're entitled to a full refund. You can request a refund through Manage my booking by selecting 'Cancel booking'.

We'll process the refund within 30 days of receiving your request. Please email support@flybefaq.zendesk.com in order to request a refund of any ancillary items and bundles.
