Contact Centre and webform

We are happy to help you via our Contact Centre. Please note that a transaction fee will apply to any changes that can otherwise be made online. To avoid this fee please book, amend flights or add extras such as baggage or seats via Manage my booking.

Opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:30

  • Saturday: 08:00 - 16:00

  • Sunday: 10:00 - 18:00

Please note that bookings and amendments made via the Contact Centre will incur a £10.00 service charge.

We’re doing everything possible to minimise the impact this has caused, and to reunite you with your baggage as soon as possible. Currently, along with many other airlines in the industry, we’re experiencing issues with baggage processing at UK airports.

It’s important that you’ve completed the following steps:

Step 1 – Report all baggage missing at your arrival airport

Ensure that you’ve reported your missing baggage to our ground handling agent at the airport. They will register your lost baggage and provide you with a unique tracking reference. They’ll hope to return all baggage within 5 days.

Step 2 – Report baggage missing after 5 days

If you’ve still not received your baggage after 5 days, please email baggage@flybe.com. Our specialist baggage team will investigate further and do their best to reunite you with your baggage as soon as possible. Please note flybe cannot investigate baggage that has been missing for less than five days. Our ground handling partners deal with lost baggage within the first five days. 

Step 3 – Report baggage missing after 21 days to our claims team

In the unlikely event that your baggage is still be missing after 21 days, please contact our claims team through the webform above.
