How to book a group booking
Whether you’re heading to a conference, a big match or a getaway with family & friends, we’re here to make sure your group booking with flybe is smooth and simple.
If you’re travelling as a group of ten or more (excluding infants), flybe’s group fares offer brilliant flexibility.
Contact our dedicated Group Bookings team for a quotation which will be based on the average available fare for your chosen flight.
We can hold your booking under a contact name or a group name. You’ll need to pay a non-refundable 10% deposit of the total price within 24 hours of making your booking. The final balance is due six weeks before you travel.
If your group is travelling within six weeks of booking, you’ll need to pay the full amount when you book.
You don’t need to confirm all of your group’s passenger names straight away. However, we’ll need to have all names at least one week prior to your departure.
You can change passenger names free of charge up to one week before departure, and if you need to change a name in the week before you fly, you’ll only need to pay our standard name change fee.
Our group fares include one piece of hold luggage per person weighing up to 23kg and the standard flybe cabin baggage allowance. See here for more information on Baggage Policy.
If you need to make a change to the date or time of your flight, you’ll need to contact our Group Bookings team up to a week before your original departure date. You can make one change to either your outbound or inbound flight for a fee of £45 per person per sector plus any difference in fare.
Online check-in isn’t available for group bookings. Please check in at the airport instead. We recommend groups check in at least 1½ hrs prior to departure for domestic flights and 2 hrs for European flights.

Cancelling your group booking
The 10% deposit is non-refundable. If you’d like to cancel more than six weeks prior to departure, we’ll refund you any fare paid minus the deposit. Refunds are not available if you cancel within six weeks of travel.
