Competition T&C’s – Birmingham Updates Live Easter Giveaway

1 x pair of return flight tickets to a flybe destination of your choice.

1.      No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

2.      There is a limit of one entry per person.

3.      Employees of Promoter, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, or other parties, including but not limited to flybe Limited, in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this competition, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

4.      This competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 and over.

5.      There are only 3 x pairs of flybe Smart return flight tickets (Total 6 flybe Smart return tickets) available on the day of the event – Wednesday 13th April 2022 inclusive.

6.      All flight taxes are included within the prize giveaway. The prize does not include travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports, food and drink, spending money or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred that are incidental to the fulfillment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

7.      The winner is responsible for ensuring that they, and any person travelling with them, are available to travel and hold valid passports and any necessary visas and other travel documents. 

8.      The competition giveaway will run on Wednesday 13th April only. There are 3 x giveaways on this date. Each of these giveaways will happen at specified times on the day of the event (13.04.22). Times at 11am, Midday and 1pm. Any entries received after this time are automatically disqualified.

9.      The winner is the first person to find the flybe bunny at each of the mystery destinations, based on a series of clues communicated via Facebook & Instagram live stream. The winner will need to be the first person to find the bunny and say ‘flybe take me away’ to the bunny to win the prize. This will be judged by the Promoter/Event Team.

10.   The winner will be given a letter in an envelope confirming they have won. This letter will contain a unique reference code with which to redeem their prize when booking. The winner will need to book their prize through the flybe customer contact centre by calling 0330 165 3051.

11.   The winner must also give the Promoter their contact details (Name/Email Address) to enable verification with Contact Centre.

12.   The unique code can only be used once to purchase the return flights and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The unique code is for a one-time purchase and cannot be shared for multiple redemptions.

13.   The unique code must be provided to the Contact Centre agent when booking to receive the offer at the point of order. Photo ID may also be required for validation.

14.   The prize is not exchangeable for cash. The prizes are non-transferrable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

15.   Prize/tickets must be redeemed within six months. Offer available on flights booked before 12/10/2022.

16.   Employees of Promoter, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, or other parties, including but not limited to flybe Limited, in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this competition, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

17.   This competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 and over.

18.   The winner will be announced on social media via Birmingham Updates channels.

19.   The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity, as required. If a participant objects to any or all of their names being published or made available publicly if they win, please contact the Promoter at media@flybe.com.

20.   Winners of tickets at the previous time slots are not eligible to then win again. Multiple entries are void. 

21.   In the event of a dispute, the Promoter’s decision on who is the winner is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

22.   Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

23.   The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
