Use Manage my booking to:

Ready to check in online?

Simply enter your name and booking reference here to start check-in. Remember to either print your boarding pass or save it to your smartphone.

Check in online from 48 hours before your flight and up to 30 minutes before the gate closes.

Can’t find your booking?

  • Make sure you’ve entered your name and booking reference correctly.

  • Is online check-in open for your flight? Online check-in opens 48 hours before scheduled departure and closes 30 minutes before scheduled departure.

If you still can’t find your booking online, please get in touch with our Customer Contact Centre and we’ll help retrieve your booking.

After you’ve checked in online

If you’re only travelling with a cabin bag, print your boarding pass or save it to your smartphone and you can go straight to security at the airport. If you have a Valet bag or hold bags, please go to the flybe check-in desk, where your bags can be tagged and accepted for the flight. Then go straight to security and through to Departures.

Please make sure you arrive at your departure airport in plenty of time to board your flight, taking into consideration the time that you need to allow to go through security, and the current extra checks required relating to COVID-19.

Please have your boarding pass, photographic ID or and passport (plus any other travel documents such as visas) readily available when boarding at the gate. If you arrive at the boarding gate after the gate has closed, you will not be able to board the flight.

Group bookings check-in

If you’re travelling on a group booking with 10 or more passengers, online check-in isn’t available. Please check in at the airport instead.

Airport check-in

You can check in at the airport free of charge. We recommend that all passengers arrive at the airport at least two hours before your departure time. You’ll find our airport check-in desks open at least two hours prior to departure.
