Manage my booking

Simply enter your booking reference and your surname to Manage my booking where you can:

  • Add hold bags

    Pack more into your trip. Add hold baggage, Valet Bag Service, sporting equipment or exceptional items. Baggage must be checked in no later than 40 minutes before your flight departs. Please note this is 50 minutes at London Heathrow and Amsterdam.

  • Change your booking
    We know plans can change. Change your travel dates, times, or passenger details (subject to ticket type).

  • View your flight details
    Find all your booking details.

How to check in online?

Simply enter your surname and booking reference here to start check-in. Remember to either print your boarding pass or save it to your smartphone.

You can check in online 36 hours before your flight and up to 40 minutes before the gate closes. Please note this is 50 minutes at London Heathrow and Amsterdam.

  • Make sure you’ve entered your surname and booking reference correctly.

  • Is online check-in open for your flight? Online check-in opens 36 hours before scheduled departure and closes 40 minutes before scheduled departure.

If you still can’t find your booking online, please get in touch with our Customer Contact Centre and we’ll help retrieve your booking.

If you’re only travelling with cabin baggage, then print your boarding pass or save it to your smartphone and go straight through security at the airport.

If you’re using our Valet Bag Service or have hold baggage, please go to the flybe check-in desk, where your bags will be tagged and accepted for the flight.

Please make sure you arrive at your departure airport in plenty of time to board your flight, taking into consideration the time that you need to allow to go through security, and any extra checks required relating to COVID-19.

Please have your boarding pass, photographic ID or and passport (plus any other travel documents such as visas) readily available when boarding at the gate. If you arrive at the boarding gate after the gate has closed, you will not be able to board the flight.

If you’re travelling on a group booking with 10 or more passengers, online check-in isn’t available. Please check in at the airport instead.

Airport check-in

You can check in at the airport free of charge. We recommend that all passengers arrive at the airport at least two hours before your departure time. You’ll find our airport check-in desks open at least two hours prior to departure.

Unless stated below, we will use the main terminal at our airports:

  • Birmingham - Terminal 2, South

  • London Heathrow - Terminal 2

  • Glasgow - Terminal 1

  • Manchester - Terminal 3
