How to book your flight
You can book flights in the following ways:
- Online via this website and our absolutely secure online distribution system
- About our customer call center
- At the airport for the current day or a future appointment
- At your local travel agency
Flybe offers three different ticket types available through all sales channels:
Bookings can be paid by debit or credit card. Flybe does not accept cash or check payments for changes to bookings already made. Exceptions to this are:
Cash payments for:
- Spontaneous bookings via field offices
- Rebooking at the counter
- Excess baggage charges
- Charges for bulky luggage
- baggage fees
Check payments for:
Flybe offers you the opportunity to pay online in the currency of your choice. You can choose between sterling and the currency of the country in which the card is registered.
For bookings made with a UK registered card, the currency displayed in your booking will be determined by where you started your journey. The charge will be made in the booking currency, which will be converted into sterling by your card issuing bank.
For bookings made via this website or the Flybe Customer Call Center, an e-ticket (electronic ticket) will be issued, if possible. This means that you will not receive a paper ticket for this trip.
There are no refunds for our fares. The refund of unused ticket taxes will be subject to an administration fee of £ 25 (EUR 40, CHF 55) per person per section.
If we have to cancel a flight, we will refund all booking costs including all taxes, fees and surcharges.
