Cabin Crew Training & Development

Cabin Crew Training & Development

All new Cabin Crew will receive exceptional training over three weeks at our state of the art Training Academy in Exeter. We will also offer continual development to provide you with the skills and competencies to deliver your role, supporting personal development and progression throughout your Flybe career.

 

If you have more than 12 months experience as Cabin Crew or are interested in other roles at Flybe, you will be eligible to apply for a role as a Senior Cabin Crew member you will be responsible for the cabin ensuring the comfort and safety of all passengers onboard.

 

Other roles as part of your career progression could include becoming a Cabin Crew Trainer, Recruitment Officer, Sales Ambassador, Performance Manager, Regional Manager or reach the heights of Director of Cabin Services. Cabin Crew Requirements

Cabin Crew Requirements

Please note the follow requirements apply for all Cabin Crew at Flybe:

 

1. You must be at least 18 years of age

2. Minimum height of 157.5 cm/5 Ft 2” (without shoes) and maximum height of 188 cm/6 Ft 2” (with shoes)*

3. Excellent standards of grooming and no visible tattoos when wearing Flybe uniform (short sleeved shirts are part of the uniform. The tights denier prohibits tattoos on legs. This includes not covering a tattoo with make-up or jewellery)
