Car parking at Birmingham Airport
Birmingham Airport has a total of 7 short stay and long stay car parks, the closest of which are just a 2 minute walk from the terminal building. For those that are a little further away, a free courtesy shuttle bus operates between the car parks and the terminal. You can also take advantage of the premium Valet Parking service if you'd like to make your travel to Birmingham Airport completely stress-free.
To get the best price on parking at Birmingham Airport, we recommend booking in advance. To do so, simply add on a car parking option when you book your Flybe flights.
Passengers can be dropped off directly outside the terminal building in the Drop & Go car park, and there is a charge of £1 for up to 10 minutes. This car park is not recommended for picking up passengers arriving on flights to Birmingham Airport as after 10 minutes, premium rate car parking charges apply.
You have plenty of options for getting to Birmingham Airport by public transport, as it served by its own dedicated train station as well as buses and coaches from Birmingham city centre, the wider region and other areas of the UK. When you arrive at Birmingham Airport, just head for the main terminal building where you will find both terminals - you will need to go to Terminal 2 for your flight with Flybe.
There are five bus services that connect Birmingham Airport or Birmingham International Airport train station with the city centre and surrounding areas. These include a 24 hour bus service that runs 7 days a week. You can reach the airport via two bus stops: at the Airport Terminal, or at Birmingham International Interchange via the Air-Rail Link.

Birmingham Airport is served by the dedicated Birmingham International Station which is part of the national rail network, directly connecting it to over 100 towns and cities in the UK including London. The free Air-Rail Link monorail system will transport passengers from the train station to the terminal within two minutes, and operates between 03:30 and 00:30 daily. Outside of these times, a courtesy bus is in operation.
