Pilots are based at one of (currently) 9 regional locations. We aim to put you in the base of your choice so that you suffer the least upheaval to your and your family’s lives.

The roster is published up to 6 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your life.

3. Home at night
Flybe aims, wherever possible, to avoid overnights for flight and cabin crews. For example, if you are based at Birmingham International you will start and end your day at Birmingham International, barring of course technical problems or exceptional circumstances. Combined with our stable roster pattern this delivers a unique quality of life for Flybe pilots.
