Flight changes

Flybe allows the following changes to your booking.

Changes may be made online or through the Flybe Customer Call Centre (subject to opening hours ).
Please note that our cheapest fares are available online only. To take advantage of these fares we recommend where possible you make your changes online.

When making changes online, all passengers in the booking will be changed. If you do not wish to make the changes to all passengers please call the Flybe Customer Call Centre.

Flights may be changed up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight you are booked on or the flight you wish to change to, whichever is earlier.

Change fees do not apply to infants however their fare would be recalculated at 12% of the adult fare for the new flights.

Routing changes

Routing changes are permitted online on completely unused tickets. If you have already flown part of your itinerary, please call please call the Flybe. Customer Call Centre

Name changes

Name changes can be made via the Flybe Customer Call Centre (subject to opening hours) up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight you are booked on, or the flight you wish to change to, whichever is earlier providing you have not flown part of your itinerary and the name change applies to all unflown sectors. If you have already flown part of your itinerary, name changes are not permitted. Name change charges are as follows:

Please note: If an itinerary change and a name change are made at the same time only one set of 'change fees' will apply. Codeshare flights will have different restrictions, please refer to your confirmation for details.

Please note: We shall have no liability whatsoever for damage to articles not permitted to be contained in checked Baggage, including fragile or perishable items, items having a special value, such as money, jewellery, precious metals, computers, personal electronic devices, negotiable papers, securities, or other valuables, business documents, passports and other identification documents, or samples. Please see the General Conditions of Carriage. It is in the passenger’s own interests to ensure that they have adequate travel insurance or insurance which specifically covers the item(s) that are carried onboard or within the aircraft hold(s).
