Jim first joined Flybe in 1990 when the airline was named Jersey European Airways, being appointed Commercial Director shortly after and subsequently becoming Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer. In June 2001 Jim was appointed Managing Directorof the airline and set about re-engineering it to a model relevant to today’s regional point-to-point market. The company under Jim's guidance turned to a £20 million loss to profit and latest traffic figures show a 36% yearon year growth. |

Andrew joined Flybe in 2005 from ROK plc where he was Finance Director of its Southern division. Prior to ROK, Andrew had a 24-year career with KPMG, latterly as a partner in the Bristol office specialising in transaction and advisory services. At Flybe he is responsible for all aspects of the company finances, relationships with financiers and financial reporting. He also looks after central services - legal, procurement and company secretarial. He is a member of the Group Board and played a key role in the successful completion of the BA Connect acquisition in March 2007. |

Mike joined the airline 4 years ago and has helped the transformation of the Flybe brand to become one of the most prominent brands in the Aviation Industry, transforming the profitability of the business in the process. |

Andrew has been promoted to his new role as Chief Operating Officer from Engineering Directorin Aviation Services where he had full technical responsibility for Flybe’s fleet of aircraft and the control of a successful third party maintenance organisation. Since he has been in post he has pushed forward with the transition of the newly branded Flybe Aviation Services reflecting his vision of the modern maintenance organisation. |
