Flying schedule for Tuesday 18th September
17 September 2007
Following on from the precautionary inspections recommended by manufacturers Bombardier and carried out on Flybe’s Q400 fleet over the weekend, Flybe scheduled services will return to normal with no expected cancellations from Tuesday 18th September.
Aviation is rightly regarded as the safest form of transport in the world and, while Flybe very much regrets the inconvenience cause to passengers over the last few days, we trust all passengers will understand that safety is our number one priority.
Flybe’s $2billion aircraft investment means that we have one of the youngest fleet in the world, with our Q400 having an average age of just 2.49 years. The Q400 is a leader in its class in low emissions, noise and fuel burn making it the ideal choice for regional and short-haul flying and Flybe is pleased that the inspections have been completed.
