Flybe welcomes publicaion of transport select commitee report - Passenger's experience of air travel

Welcoming the publication of the Transport Select Committee’s report, Passengers’ Experience of Air Travel, Jim French, Flybe Chief Executive, said:
“Flybe is delighted to have been recognised by the Committee as a leading light in the low cost airline industry. We aim to set standards across the sector and provide the best possible service to our passengers.
“We will continue to deliver this high level of service to our passengers.”
Flybe also welcomed the Committee’s call for the break up of BAA:
“The break up of BAA would lead to increased competition across the industry, raising standards and benefiting passengers.”
