To become a member of Flybe Cabin Crew, you need to be minimum height 5ft 2in (157.5 cm), maximum 6ft 2in (188cm) and weight must be in proportion to height with the ability to wear the company uniform to standard. You will need to be well groomed with no visible tatoos.
You must have at least three GCSEs Grade C (or equivalent) or above.
Some experience in a customer/sales/service environment is preferred. You must be in possession of a full, valid EU passport or ID with no restrictions and any non-EU passport holders must be in possession of a valid work permit and/or Visa which must allow entry to any Flybe destination. Applications will only be considered from applicants who meet all our criteria. A full and valid driving licence is essential.

High standard of written and spoken English and numerically proficient. Hold the relevant Right to Work in the EU documents and possess a valid passport, which allows unrestricted travel to any destination flybe operates to.

Monitor and report to GSM any shortfall in Quality Checks performed
Support GS Ramp/Despatch Training Programme
Complete Flybe Policy and Procedure OTJ Training with Handling Agents Staff and ensure they are applied.
Support GSM with station control and quality checks in the region and with new Projects/Initiatives
Liaise with crew particularly in times of disruption
Assist with ASR/GOR investigations and reports
Abilities:-
Ground Service senior supervisory or management experience
Flexible approach to working hours
Ability to motivate both Flybe and Handling Agent Staff
Experienced in Quality Management procedures
Qualified in production of load sheets (Manual and Automated)
£23,031 plus a shift allowance
£23,031 rising to £25,893 after successful completion of probation. Plus an additional shift allowance
