To become a member of Flybe Cabin Crew, you need to be minimum height 5ft 2in (157.5 cm), maximum 6ft 2in (188cm) and weight must be in proportion to height with the ability to wear the company uniform to standard. You will need to be well groomed with no visible tatoos.
You must have at least three GCSEs, including English, Grade C (or equivalent) or above.
Experience in a customer/sales/service environment is essential. You must be in possession of a full, valid EU passport or ID with no restrictions and any non-EU passport holders must be in possession of a valid work permit and/or Visa which must allow entry to any Flybe destination. Applications will only be considered from applicants who meet all our criteria. A full and valid driving licence is essential.
If you can offer all of these qualities together with bags of enthusiasm, we can offer you a competitive salary package that includes flight pay and commission on sales as well as excellent Staff Travel.
You will be afforded top class training at our Training Academy in Exeter where you will get paid whilst you learn. Transport and accommodation will be provided.

-Work to the requirements of the Training Academy Part 147 and Aviation Services Part 145 Exposition / procedures to deliver high standard courses to Flybe Aviation Services engineers and third party engineers.
-Assist in Producing training course material and electronic presentations.
-Co-ordinate and liaise with the hangar/line and third party customers to deliver practical training courses.
-Maintain the practical training work pack to the required standards
-Be flexible to deliver training both on the mainland and for overseas customers
Abilities:
-Previous experience in an instructor role is desired but not essential.
-Must have extensive experience as a licensed aircraft /approved engineer.
-Highly positive, flexible, self motivated and dedicated towards effective and efficient training
Salary - Up to £32,625 plus relevant approvals and day shift pay |
