To become a member of Flybe Cabin Crew, you need to be minimum height 5ft 2in (157.5 cm), maximum 6ft 2in (188cm) and weight must be in proportion to height with the ability to wear the company uniform to standard. You will need to be well groomed with no visible tatoos.
You must have at least three GCSEs, including English, Grade C (or equivalent) or above.
Experience in a customer/sales/service environment is essential. You must be in possession of a full, valid EU passport or ID with no restrictions and any non-EU passport holders must be in possession of a valid work permit and/or Visa which must allow entry to any Flybe destination. Applications will only be considered from applicants who meet all our criteria. A full and valid driving licence is essential.
If you can offer all of these qualities together with bags of enthusiasm, we can offer you a competitive salary package that includes flight pay and commission on sales as well as excellent Staff Travel.
You will be afforded top class training at our Training Academy in Exeter where you will get paid whilst you learn. Transport and accommodation will be provided.

Abilities: -You will have significant experience of Line Operations. -You will need to be self-motivated with a degree of flexibility and be able to adapt to the changing requirements of the operation. -Have the ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines. -Able to work effectively under pressure as part of a team or individually. -At short notice you will need to be able to work away from base when the operation requires.

Abilities: -Previous experience in an instructor role is desired but not essential. -Must have extensive experience as a licensed aircraft /approved engineer. -Highly positive, flexible, self motivated and dedicated towards effective and efficient training
