Changes to your itinerary may be made online or through the Customer Call Centre (subject to opening hours).
Please note that our cheapest fares are only available online. To take advantage of these fares we recommend where possible you make your changes online. When making changes online, all passengers in the booking will be changed. If you do not wish to make changes to all passengers please call the Customer Call Centre.
Flights may be changed up to 2 hours before the scheduled time of departure of the flight you are booked on, or the flight you wish to change to, whichever is earlier. Change fees do not apply to infants however their fare would be recalculated at 12% of the adult fare for the new flights.

Name changes can be made via the Flybe Customer Call Centre (subject to opening hours) up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight you are booked on, or the flight you wish to change to, whichever is earlier providing you have not flown part of your itinerary and the name change applies to all unflown sectors. If you have already flown part of your itinerary, name changes are not permitted. Name change charges are as follows:
If an itinerary change and a name change are made at the same time only one set of 'change fees' will apply. Codeshare flights will have different restrictions, please refer to your confirmation details for further information.
Ticket Change policies for Flybe flights operated by Loganair
Flight and name change policies are as per Flybe detailed above. In addition, for Loganair operated flights (BE6770-6999), the following policies apply at the airport only :
Economy passengers who arrive at the airport ahead of time may take an earlier flight to their destination on payment of the airport change fee only, without the requirement to pay a fare upgrade.
Economy Plus passengers can change their tickets on the day of departure without the change fee applying, provided the change is made prior to their original intended time of departure.
Check-in closes at -30 minutes, and there can be no compromise to this, thus a passenger requesting an earlier flight must arrive in time for the rebooking process to be completed prior to -30 check-in.
Glasgow/Edinburgh, Aberdeen/Inverness flights are interchangeable for this on the day policy where parallel routes are operated by Loganair.
If a passenger arrives late for check-in (i.e. after the 30 minute check-in deadline) but before the aircraft departs, then they have the option to travel on the next available flight to their destination upon payment of the airport change fee.
In all cases, if a passenger arrives at the airport after flight departure, their ticket is void and they will be regarded as a no show. If the passenger equally elects not to travel on the next available flight, they will also be regarded as a no show. As a no show, there is no entitlement to a refund of the fare (taxes are refundable net of applicable refund charge) or to make retrospective changes to a reservation held on a flight that has departed.
