• Seats reserved will incur charges of GBP5.00 / EUR7.00 / CHF12.00 per flight sector for standard seats and GBP15.00 / EUR22.00 / CHF35.00 per flight sector for seats occupying an emergency exit or bulkhead
• Passengers travelling in Flybe Economy Plus (W class or R class) may pre-assign their seats at no additional charge
• Bulkhead and emergency exit seats may also be requested at the airport at a cost of GBP18.00 / EUR26.00 / CHF40.00 per flight sector
• Passengers travelling with infants will be moved if necessary to alternative seats for safety reasons
• Special passengers are catered for at the airport but if you desire to sit with the party that you have booked with then you may pre-assign your seat. However if you are not deemed suitable by the airport staff you may be requested to move and no refund will be given
• Passengers cannot pre-assign seats within 24 hours of travel

Pre-booking of seats is not a check-in system and the folowing minimum check-in times apply. Failure to check in within these times will result in the passenger losing their pre-assigned seat with no refund given

• Check in times for domestic flights
  Cabin Baggage only - 20 minutes
  Hold Baggage only - 30 minutes
  
• Check in times for international flights
  Economy passengers - 1 hour
  Flybe Economy Plus passengers - 45 minutes

• Seats are assigned separately for each sector of your journey please ensure you pre-book in both directions if required
• If seats A and C or D and F are reserved the airline reserves the right to allocate seats B and E in all rows
• The airline reserves the right to block off selected seats that will not be available for pre-assignment. These seats are then assigned at check in
• For safety reasons, unaccompanied minors arenot permitted to request seats prior to travel, seats for unaccompanied minors will be allocated prior to check-in by the airline
• If you are travelling on two flights that have a single flight number e.g. Belfast to Jersey connecting through Gatwick, you will only pay one seat assignment charge for this flight. If however your flights are not on a single flight number (one flight number all the way through) then single charges will apply
• Once seats are pre-booked and payment has been made, charges are non-refundable, unless seats are not provided or unavailable due to the flight being cancelled or a significant delay, within Flybe's control, requiring an operational change, in which case a refund is available
• Pre-assigned seating may not be available on all flights
• Bookings tha have had date changes applied will lose their seat assignment
• Any passenger wishing to re-assign seats to an amended booking will be re-charged at the applicable rate
• In the event of an aircraft change, equivalent seats will be allocated wherever possible
• No refund will be given once a seat is booked and paid for
