  • When is your year end?
    Our year end is 31 March.

  • Where are your shares traded?
    Flybe shares are traded on the London Stock Exchange under the ticker FLYB.LN.

  • How can I check your share price progression?
    Simply access the Share price information page or call the Financial Times City Line telephone number on 0906 8431116 (calls are charged at 60p per minute). Our share price can also be found in most newspapers and on Ceefax and Teletext.

  • When is your next results announcement?
    Please refer to Financial calendar.
  • How do I get a copy of the annual and half-yearly reports?
    By downloading the reports from the Reports and accounts page.
  • When is the annual general meeting? The company calendar can be found on the Financial calendar page.

  • Who are your Registrar?
    Capita are our Registrar and can be contacted via the Shareholder Helpline on 0871 664 0300. Lines are open 9am to 5.30pm Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. (Calls to this number are charged at 10p per minute plus network extras. Other telephony provider costs may vary). If calling from outside of the UK call +44 208 639 3399.   • What does the Registrar do?
    The Registrar keeps a register of names and addresses of shareholders and the number of shares held. The Registrar also issues share certificates. You should inform the Registrar of any change of address. Access the Registrar forms page on the Capita website (insert website link) to find out more information.

    Capita also provide a service called SharePortal, where shareholders can manage their portfolios online.

  • How do I buy and sell shares?
    You may use a stockbroker, bank or 'share shop' that offer services to buy and sell shares. Commission charges may vary between organisations. When considering buying shares (Flybe plc or any other stock), it is always wise to seek independent financial advice.

  • Can I transfer my shares into an ISA?
    We do not offer this service at this time. Please contact your financial adviser for details.

  • How do I transfer shares into another person's name?
    Shares may be transferred to another person by using a stock transfer form. Stock transfer forms are available from the Capita website.

  • What should I do if I lose my share certificate?
    If your certificates are lost or stolen the Registrar can arrange for a duplicate certificate to be issued. Contact the Registrar on 0871 664 0300. Lines are open 9am to 5.30pm Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. (Calls to this number are charged at 10p per minute plus network extras. Other telephony provider costs may vary).     The Registrar will need to arrange for you to complete an indemnity covering the company for any loss arising from a dispute as over who owns the shares. There may be a charge payable.

  • How can I confirm how many shares I hold?
    Please contact the Registrar via the Shareholder Helpline on 0871 664 0300*. You can also check your shareholding online at SharePortal.

  • I have changed my address or name – what do I need to do?
    Contact the Registrar on either on the Shareholder Helpline or use the online forms provided on their website.

    Correspondence should refer to Flybe PLC and state clearly the registered name of the holding. If you need further help, please contact the Registrar via the Shareholder Helpline.

  • I have questions about tax on my shares – who should I direct them to?
    Your financial adviser (stockbroker or accountant).

  • Do you provide any shareholder incentives?
    We do not provide any discount on our services as we believe that shareholders should benefit from the business through increased profits.

  • I only have a few shares. What can I do with them?
    The charity ShareGift (registered charity No. 1052686) can accept share donations of any size, and specialises in accepting small donations of shares that are uneconomic to sell on their own. For more information please refer to their website.

Please note:
When not travelling with an adult of at least 16 years of age, some children can be carried under the Unaccompanied Minor Scheme* on flybe operated flights.

The Flybe Unaccompanied Minor Scheme is not available to children under 15 years of age on flights operated by Air France. These must be booked directly with Air France.

The Flybe Unaccompanied Minor Scheme is not available through Knock - Ireland West (NOC).

If in doubt please contact the Flybe call centre for further advice on 0371 700 2000 (or 00 44 1392 683152 if calling from outside the UK. From the UK, calls to 03 numbers cost the same as calling 01 and 02 numbers and count towards inclusive allowances on land lines and mobiles. From abroad, calls to 03 numbers are charged at international rates.
