Terms and Conditions
Subject to status. Applicants for credit must be aged 18 or over and UK resident (including Channel Islands and Isle of Man). The Flybe card is issued by Sygma Bank UK, a Creation Group Company, Chadwick House, Blenheim Court, Solihull B91 2AA.
Calls to 0871 numbers will not exceed 10p per minute (including VAT) from BT landlines. Cost of calls from other providers and mobile phones will vary. Please check with your provider.
Calls may be monitored or recorded for the purposes of quality control.
*New cardholders will receive a Bonus Return Flight (you just pay taxes and charges) upon successful application, activation of the Flybe card and after making an initial purchase. You will receive a Bonus Return Flight voucher with seats available on Flybe scheduled services to and from the UK and ROI and Loganair direct scheduled services only (not available on routes to Spain, Portugal or Croatia) entitling you to a Bonus Return Flight once your claim slip has been received. Lounge pass will be awarded after first spend before 30th June 2012. This is valid for one pre-flight visit to one of selected Flybe lounges and can be used only by the lead named passenger and accompanying passenger. Subject to capacity.

1. 0% for 12 months on Balance Transfers is applicable only for Balance Transfers made within 90 days of account opening date. Subject to status, eligibility, availability of funds and Account Terms and Conditions. A fee of 3% (minimum fee £3) applies to each Balance Transfer transaction. You can Balance Transfer up to 90% of your credit limit. Balance Transfers from existing storecard accounts and loans issued by Creation Financial Services Ltd, Creation Consumer Finance Ltd and credit card accounts issued by Sygma Bank UK are not permitted. Minimum value for Balance Transfer is £50. All other transactions during the promotional period will be charged interest at the standard rate then applicable.
2. The amount of days you have interest free are dependent upon Purchase date and statement date.
3. Cash Advance: Subject to eligibility, availability of funds and account status. Account terms and conditions apply. A cash-handling fee of 3% (minimum fee £5) applies to all Cash Advance Transactions.
4. Travel Money is operated by Travelex Currency Services Limited. Should you order Travel Money (foreign currency or Travellers Cheques) a delivery charge of £5 is payable to make sure your currency is delivered safely and securely to you. Delivery will only be to the customer account billing address registered with Sygma Bank UK. Exchange rates will be advised at the time of purchase. Maximum order value £2,000 or cash credit limit, if less. Telephone calls and customer information may be recorded for the purpose of quality control.
5. Avis Terms and Conditions – The discount applies to the cost of the rental plus basic insurances. Optional, additional insurances, plus any extras such as additional drivers, child seats, ski racks and pre-paid fuel, are excluded from the discount.
