At Flybe we understand that passengers requirements when travelling can vary for many reasons. Many passengers who travel by air require assistance to enable them to enjoy their flight with minimum inconvenience.
Flybe endeavours to offer appropriate advice and assistance to any passenger who has a special requirement or need. The information is a guide to passengers who may have special needs, or who have disabilities, which may result in additional assistance being required.
We have listed below some of the common types of assistance that we provide. Further information is detailed within each section along with the restrictions for the types of disability equipment we carry.
- Requiring a wheelchair
- Travelling during pregnancy
- Travelling after surgery or recent medical proceedures
- Who are hearing or visually impaired
- Travelling with injuries & broken limbs
- With learning difficulties
- Travelling with medication & medical equipment
- Requiring oxygen
- That have been asked to complete our MEDIF form¹
