Travel Redundancy cancellation insurance is now included at no extra cost in the Flybe Travel Insurance Policy.The policy covers residents within the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

How the cover works

There are 2 simple steps:

STEP 1

In the event that you or any of your party are made redundant after making your booking, you will be able to claim the travel costs, as listed below, in the event you choose to cancel your Flybe flights.

The policy will cover up to £3,000 per person for the following:

Airfare (excluding taxes and charges)
Booking and card fees
Baggage fee

Seat assignment
Pre-paid Car Hire
Pre-paid Hotels and Parking

STEP 2

In order to claim back your Government and airport taxes you will need to contact Flybe with proof of redundancy and flight booking/cancellation details.

For those passengers that have booked flights through the call centre and wish to make a claim for Steps 1 & 2 you will first need to fill out a booking confirmation request form and follow standard claim process as outlined.

This offer covers individuals’ bookings and claims can only be made by passengers listed on the booking confirmation not by an organisation or corporate booker. We recommend you read full details of this offer and view policy documents.
