Flybe, Europe’s leading regional airline, has welcomed the Which? Travel Investigation that confirms its passengers wait the least amount of time when checking in and dropping their bags off at key UK airports.
Overall, Flybe’s average 10-minute waiting time on the large sample monitored both at check-in and baggage drop out-performed every other airline featured in the Which? investigation that included international flag carriers like BA and Qantas, Virgin Atlantic, EasyJet, Ryanair, Monarch and Thomas Cook.
Andrew Strong, Flybe UK MD comments: “Knowing that time is of the essence for everyone these days, Flybe continues to work hard to reduce the amount of time that our passengers have to queue once they arrive at one of our airports. We are naturally delighted that we have not only out-performed all of our competitors in this area, but also the traditional carriers as well, and it’s great to see that our regional airports have performed so well in the report, too.”
