Our recruitment process has been developed to achieve the highest possible standards in aviation training and operations.

To achieve this and help Flybe deliver the best opportunities to you, the only way to be considered for a flight crew position with Flybe is to complete the online application form.

On receipt of your online you will receive an automated email message confirming successful submission of your application form.

Successful online applicants will be invited to attend an interview at Exeter which is designed to help us make effective and efficient employment decisions.

Please note:
When not travelling with an adult of at least 16 years of age, some children can be carried under the Unaccompanied Minor Scheme* on flybe operated flights.

The Flybe Unaccompanied Minor Scheme is not available to children under 15 years of age on flights operated by Air France. These must be booked directly with Air France.

The Flybe Unaccompanied Minor Scheme is not available through Knock - Ireland West (NOC).

From the UK, calls to 03 numbers cost the same as calling 01 and 02 numbers and count towards inclusive allowances on land lines and mobiles.
