Finance Assistant - Audit Team
Ref: 016/12
Salary: G7 £16,051 per annum.

Requirements

  • Processing and reconciliation of flown passenger revenue data
  • Processing and reconciliation of Flybe direct and travel agent ticket sales
  • Auditing of weekly and monthly reports to ensure accuracy of financial accounts
  • Assist other areas within the department to meet departmental deadlines
  • Other adhoc duties as required

Abilities:

  • Good keyboard skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • A good level of numeracy

Ops/Crewing Assistant

Salary: G5. £13,250 per annum. Plus and additional shift pay
Hours: 39 hrs per week. 12 hours shift on a 4 on 4 off basis.

 

Requirements

  • This exciting role involves assisting the Crew Controllers and Operations Controllers, on a shift basis in the day-to-day management of the flying programme. In particular: Ensuring that the computer system is continually updated with both aircraft departure and arrival times and that delays are accurately recorded.
  • Ensuring that operating crews are provided with appropriate pre-flight paperwork and weather packs. 
  • Assisting Crew Controllers with crewing flights and ensuring crew are informed of any changes to their rosters in a timely manner.
  • Recording Crew sickness and calling crews from standby in addition to answering queries from crew in relation to their roster.
  • Liaising with Outstations, Crews and Ground Operations staff in order to communicate changes quickly and effectively to ensure the smooth running of the operation.

Abilities:

  • You will require basic computer skills, knowledge of the AIMS system would be advantageous although full training will be provided.
  • Working as part of a team you will need to demonstrate initiative and responsiveness to pressure situations
  • Timeliness is key in managing the operation so you will need the ability to work to tight deadlines.  
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills are essential and some customer service experience would also be advantageous.

Flight Ops Administrative Assistant, Exeter

months probation.

Requirements

In this role you will carry out day-to day administrative duties relating to Flight Deck Crew and Management including assisting with the monitoring and processing of Pilot training records to ensure that CAA and EASA requirements are met. Specifically you will be:
  • Processing and monitoring of Pilot records including training records.
  • Monitoring all expiry dates of ongoing Crew recurrent checks.
  • Liaising with Flight Deck, other departments and the CAA regarding licensing and other necessary documentation.
  • Ordering and administration of Pilot Uniform distribution.
  • Calculation and administration of Flight Duty Allowances.
  • Administration of Expense Claim Systems.
  • Completing other training and administrative duties as and when required.

Abilities:

The successful candidate will require:
  • Excellent organisational ability with good attention to detail.
  • The ability to maintain existing and also develop new processes.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of AIMS (although full training will be provided).
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook etc).
