Engineering

Europe's largest regional aircraft maintenance facility

Flybe is the UK's No.1 Domestic Airline and has Europe's largest regional aircraft maintenance facility at our base in Exeter, where we have a brand new state of the art hangar facility. We offer real job security after 27 years of continuous operation.

Over the last two years, we have invested over £1.2bn into creating a young and environmentally friendly Embraer 195 and Bombardier Q400 fleet, and £15 million in maintenance facilities. More than 70% of our work is for third party clients from all over the globe.

This year we will be operating over 180 routes - across 81 airports with 70 aircraft growth means we are seeking Engineers to join our team.

We employ a variety of Engineers including qualified B1/B2 licenced engineers and supervisors both for our base and line maintenance operations across the UK, which also includes:

  • B2 Engineers
  • Engineering Instructors
  • Mechanical Fitters
  • Avionic Fitters
  • Base Maintenance Engineers
  • B1 Engineers

Although we have no immediate requirement for Engineers, if you would like to work in Aviation for a dynamic, fast moving company please visit our current vacancies section which will advertise any current vacancies we may have.
