Training

Flybe provide full training for all employees free of charge. If successful at interview you will be provided with comprehensive training and will get paid whilst you learn. You will be given a place on Flybe's intensive 4-week Cabin Crew training course at our Training Academy in Exeter,UK with transport and accommodation provided. The course includes safety and emergency training, fire drills, lifesaving and First Aid. All new entrant cabin crew will also study for a City & Guilds NVQ level 2 qualification in Aviation Operations in the Air. This is a fully-funded nationally recognised vocational qualification which is equivalent to 5 GCSE's. To apply for a position, please select Apply now.
