Baggage claims
Please submit any claim for damaged baggage within 7 days of your flight taking place and no later than 21 days for delayed or lost baggage.
If you have a query regarding the cost of your call to one of our 0871 numbers, please call 0871 700 5000. If your complaint is upheld, the cost of your call to this number will be refunded, otherwise calls will be charged at 10 pence per minute (calls from mobiles and some networks may be higher).
