Keeping track of your finances can be a headache, especially if you’re trying to stick to a budget. The Flybe card Online Account Management (OAM) service gives you complete control, from checking your balance to making a payment, it’s all there just visit www.creation.co.uk.
Log on to the OAM website at www.creation.co.uk and if you haven’t already, create a username and password. The OAM site is entirely safe and secure, giving you peace of mind while you view your account.
Now you’re ready to explore the site! The service is completely free, so once you’ve registered you’ll be able to:
- Make a secure payment to your Flybe card account
- Check your balance
- View your last transactions
- Review your statements from the past nine months

0% on Balance Transfers for 12 months
The Flybe card makes your finances work harder. Simply transfer balances from your existing credit and store cards to your Flybe card within 90 days of account opening and you’ll pay no interest on these transferred balances for the first 12 months! With all your finances in one place, you’ll cut down on multiple payments, making your finances easier to manage and maybe even freeing up funds!

Payment protection insurance:
With 3D cover, if you suddenly find yourself unable to work due to an accident or an illness, or become involuntarily unemployed, we could pay each month, up to 10% of your outstanding balance on your account statement at the date of claim. Life cover, carer cover and misuse of card insurance are also included.
Price protection insurance:
If an item you purchase with your card is reduced in price by the same shop within 60 days of the original purchase date, we may be able to refund the difference, less an excess of £5, back into your card account.
Purchase protection insurance:
Your card purchases could be protected against repairs or replaced if they’re lost, stolen or damaged for up to 100 days from the date of purchase, subject to an excess of £25.
Costing just £1.85 for every £100 of your outstanding statement balance each month (including insurance premium tax). If you don’t have a balance on your Flybe Cardwhen your statement is produced, you won’t pay a penny for 3D cover that month.
If you’re aged 18-64, are a UK resident and work more than 16 hours a week then you can see if 3D cover is suitable for you and meets your needs when you apply for your card online. If you’re an existing customer call 0871 376 9253.

Terms and Conditions
Subject to status. Applicants for credit must be aged 18 or over and UK resident (including Channel Islands and Isle of Man). The Flybe card is issued by Sygma Bank UK, a Creation Group Company, Chadwick House, Blenheim Court, Solihull B91 2AA.

*New cardholders will receive a Bonus Return Flight (you just pay taxes and charges) upon successful application, activation of the Flybe card and after making an initial purchase. You will receive a voucher for available seats on Flybe scheduled services to and from the UK and ROI and Loganair direct scheduled services only (not available on routes to Spain, Portugal, Croatia).

You can Balance Transfer up to 90% of your credit limit. Balance Transfers from existing storecard accounts and loans issued by Creation Financial Services Ltd., Creation Consumer Finance Ltd and credit card accounts issued by Sygma Bank UK are not permitted. Minimum value for Balance Transfer is £50. All other transactions during the promotional period will be charged interest at the standard rate then applicable.

4. Travel Money is operated by Travelex Currency Services Limited. Should you order Travel Money (foreign currency or Travellers Cheques) a delivery charge of £5 is payable to make sure your currency is delivered safely and securely to you. Delivery will only be to the customer account billing address registered with Sygma Bank UK. Exchange rates will be advised at the time of purchase.
