Recent surgery or medical procedure

If you or someone in your party has recently undergone a medical procedure or hospital treatment, you may be able to travel within a few days of treatment. The recovery from certain procedures can be affected by air travel and we therefore recommend that all passengers who have undergone recent surgery contact us for advice, assistance and travel clearance.

We will, where possible, board you and your party before our other passengers, to give you a more time to take your seat and get comfortable on board.
