Learning difficulties or intellectual impairment

Passengers with learning difficulties or intellectual impairment may be travelling with family or companions and may not require any additional assistance from Flybe. However, we are happy to offer assistance if required.

If you or someone in your party has a learning difficulty, to any degree and is travelling alone you must advise us prior to travel. We will, where possible, board you and your party before our other passengers, to give you more time to take your seat and get comfortable on board.

Passengers prone to verbal or physical outbursts must be notified to Flybe at the time of booking or no later than 48 hours prior to departure.
